New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. I lecture and conduct for-credit seminars on a variety of business law topics. The following is a list and seminars I presented:

Fairleigh Dickinson University. I am an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University in the University’s Paralegal Studies Program where I collaborated with the Program Director to design the Program’s Advanced Contract Law class and serve on the Program’s Board of Advisors. To date, I have instructed over two thousand credit hours in the subjects of Corporate Law, Advanced Contract Law, Employment Law, and Legal Research & Writing. I am also an adjunct professor in the University’s College of Business Administration where I teach both undergraduate and graduate level courses in Business Law.
Georgian Court University. I am a doctorally qualified adjunct professor at Georgian Court University where I taught Business Law and Employment Law in the University’s undergraduate studies program, as well as The Global and Legal Environments of Business in the University’s Executive MBA Program.
Montclair State University. I am an adjunct professor at Montclair State University where I teach The Legal, Ethical and Global Environment of Business in the University’s undergraduate studies program.
Union County College and Morris County College. I served as an adjunct professor at Union County College where I taught Employment Law in the College’s Paralegal Studies Program. In addition, I served on the Program’s Board of Advisors. I also served as an adjunct professor at Morris County College where I taught Business Law.
Adult Education. I lecture on the subject of business law at adult schools and programs, including the New Jersey State Bar Foundation and Essex County Bar Foundation’s Ask a Lawyer Program.
